Welcome to the all new senatorchrisharris.com. I previously represented Senate District 10 which included portions of Parker, Johnson, and Tarrant counties. However, when the state adopted its new redistricting plan in 2001, and the heart of my district was moved into Senate District 9, I made the decision to run for the seat in that district. This new district incorporates portions of Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties. I am extremely excited about the opportunity to continue to represent Senate District 9, old and new, and pledge to continue working as diligently as ever to ensure your tax dollars are being spent wisely at the state level.
